How to convert Word Document to PDF file (Office 2003,2007,2010)

Hear is anther way to convert Word files to PDF. to do this you have to download Word to PDF Converter and fallow the instruction below
  1. Download Word_to_PDF_Converter_3.0__serial.rar from www.rapidshare.
  2. click on the above link and click on the download (highlighting on the red in below illustrator)

  3. extract compress files and go to extracted file location

  4.  Close all the MS Office Programs (Word , Excel, PowerPoint etc.) Before install the plugin
  5. Double click on the doc2pdf2_setup-1.exe to execute 
  6. Click Next --> accept agreement --> Next --> Next --> Next --> Install --> Finish




  7. Then run psconvert_setup.exe 
  8. Next --> Finish



  9. Start the Ms-Word and now you can see new tool bar in word 2003 as like the illustrator in below (in word 2007 or later versions its appear on the add ins tab  )
  10. OK, Now you can use save as PDF button to save your word documents, but in the first time you have to activate the product using registration code (if you like the software please buy a product key to support the Creator) , the above package comes with the registration code and you can use that serial key without any problem.


  11.  Click on register and enter the 'Registration Name' and 'Registration code' as illustrated below and click register again


  12. now remember above procedure shows for first time use only, after that you can save the file as a PDF file in a regular way (click on 'save as PDF' --> select drive --> give a file name --> click save)
